How to install solar lights?

The solar lights on both sides of the road provide great convenience for our night travel, but the installation of so many solar lights is also a big problem. How is it installed?

Foundation pouring

Determine the position of the standing lamp → dig a pit → place the embedded parts → pour concrete to fix.

Solar cell module installation

The output positive and negative poles of the solar panel must be taken to avoid short circuit before connecting to the controller; the solar cell module must be firmly and reliably connected to the bracket; the output line of the module should not be exposed and tied with a cable tie; the direction of the battery module should face due south, according to the compass direction.

Battery installation

The connecting wires between batteries must be pressed on the battery terminals with bolts and copper gaskets to enhance conductivity; the output wires are prohibited from short circuiting under any circumstances after being connected to the battery to avoid damaging the battery; the output wires of the battery must be connected to the controller in the pole through the PVC threading tube; after the above is completed, check the wiring at the controller end to prevent short circuit. Close the door of the control box after normal.

Lighting installation

Fix the solar panel to the solar panel bracket, fix the lamp head to the cantilever arm, fix the bracket and cantilever arm to the main pole, and lead the connecting wire to the control box (battery box). Loosen the solar panel connecting wire on the controller, the light source works → connect the solar panel connecting wire, turn off the light, and lift and install.
